SKY CONFIRM: Coventry City in Serious Talks with Luton Town Over Jordan Clark Transfer

Sky Sports has confirmed that Coventry City are in advanced negotiations with Luton Town over the potential signing of midfielder Jordan Clark. The 30-year-old, who played a key role in Luton’s recent Premier League campaign, has emerged as a top target for Coventry boss Mark Robins as he looks to strengthen his midfield options ahead of the 2025/26 season.

Clark, known for his tireless work rate and creativity, has just one year left on his current deal at Kenilworth Road. Luton are reportedly open to a sale to fund other summer additions, while Coventry are keen to bring in experienced Championship performers to mount another push for promotion.

Talks between the two clubs are said to be progressing well, with a fee in the region of £1 million being discussed. Personal terms are not expected to be an issue, as Clark is believed to be open to the move in search of regular first-team football.

Should the deal be finalised, Clark would become one of Coventry’s first major signings of the summer. Both clubs are expected to conclude talks swiftly, with an official announcement likely in the coming days.
