Plymouth Argyle and Coventry City have been tipped for a goal fest by former EFL player Sam Parkin.

Plymouth Argyle host Frank Lampard’s side at Home Park on Easter Monday. PAFC head into the game on the back of their 2-1 loss away at Middlesbrough on Good Friday.

The Pilgrims need a result against the Sky Blues as they look to stay up in the Championship. They are currently in the bottom three along with Luton Town and Cardiff City with only three fixtures left to play before the end of the season.

Speaking on the Benjamin Bloom channel on YouTube, former Swindon Town and Luton Town man Parkin has shared his score prediction ahead of their match against Coventry City: “If you haven’t got a clue regarding the outcome, go for 2-2. That’s what I’m going to do. I think it could be 3-3 this one. I think both teams could really go for it. Plenty of opportunities on both goals. I’m going to go for 2-2, I can’t really separate them given what is at stake.”

Plymouth Argyle remain bottom of the table on 40 points after their defeat at Boro. They are three points from safety behind Derby County.
