Brighton prepared to up the offer by €85 million in an effort to sign a player before West bromwich
According to Monday’s Sabah, Brighton & Hove Albion and West bromwich are interested in signing Barış Alper Yılmaz of Galatasaray.
The winger made an impression with Galatasaray the previous season, tallying 12 assists and seven goals. With four goals and an assist from nine games this season, he has continued to be in good form.
Brighton, Tottenham, and other teams have taken notice of his performances for the Istanbul club.
During the summer transfer window, Brighton & Hove Albion acquired Ferdi Kadıoğlu from Fenerbahçe. The Seagulls had other Turkish league players on their schedule besides him.
Galatasaray allegedly received an offer of €20 million from Fabian Hürzeler’s team for Barış Alper Yılmaz. If Brighton’s offer was turned down this summer by the 24-year-old, his club, or both, no explanation is given.
Brighton and Tottenham, according to Sabah, are still interested in the Turkey international. In an attempt to outbid Tottenham and other teams for the player’s signature, the Seagulls are prepared to up their offer to €25 million.
The Turkish media enjoys inflating the buzz surrounding the Süper Lig stars, and the Kadıoğlu transfer proved them to be correct. Brighton is undoubtedly keeping an eye on the market since signings are available for less money than they probably would be elsewhere.
