Now that Newcastle and Marc Gueh have begun discussions, Tottenham wants to sign the £17 million Crystal Palace defender.

There are rumors that this summer, Crystal Palace player Jordan Taylor is being watched by Premier League rivals Tottenham, Newcastle, and Liverpool.

It occurs in the midst of several rumors regarding Oliver Glasner’s transfer market options for the future of several important squad members.

This transfer season has already seen Michael Olise join Bayern Munich, marking the first significant departure of the summer.

Eberechi Eze has been connected to a move to Tottenham, so the Frenchman might not be the only one leaving Selhurst Park.

Furthermore, according to the most recent sources, negotiations regarding Marc Guehi’s transfer to Newcastle, a Premier League competitor, are reportedly ongoing.

It’s thought that talks have begun between Crystal Palace and the Magpies, but it’s unclear if an agreement will be reached.

A couple more clubs and another great defender are reportedly keeping an eye on Marc Guehi as he makes his way to the northeast of England this summer.

Considering a Joachim Andersen transfer are Liverpool, Tottenham, and Newcastle
Reports have indicated that Joachim Andersen, Guehi’s defensive partner, is reportedly attracting attention as well.

Three Premier League teams, Liverpool, Tottenham, and Newcastle, are reportedly keeping an eye on the Danish international as a possible transfer target, according to CaughtOffside.

Andersen, 28, joined Crystal Palace in 2021 for a meager £17 million after leaving Olympique Lyon, and he has been a mainstay ever since.

In his 112 games with the Eagles, the center-back has contributed six assists and three goals.

Andersen’s contract at Selhurst Park is set to expire in just two years, along with Guehi.

Is it time to sell Joachim Andersen at Crystal Palace?
The backline of Crystal Palace looks to have an uncertain future, especially in light of the exits of Guehi and Andersen.

Dougie Freedman is in a risky scenario because each of them have two years left on their present contracts.

In order to prevent losing important players to free transfers, a new agreement will probably need to be made; otherwise, focus may have to go to sales.

Guehi’s and Andersen’s futures are inextricably intertwined because the sale of one could result in the retention of the other.

Any transaction will be surrounded by some uncertainty until that is resolved.

Palace already has Chris Richards and Chadi Riad in reserve who can step in if needed. On social media, Dean Henderson has now disclosed that he advised a teammate at Crystal Palace to sign with Sheffield United.

During his two seasons on loan at Bramall Lane, the England international first assisted the Blades in their promotion to the Premier League in the 2018–19 season and then made sure Sheffield United remained in the league with some outstanding performances in the 2019–20 campaign.

Which Crystal Palace player is it now that Dean Henderson has suggested should sign with Sheffield United? Let’s examine this.

Jesurun Rak-Sakyi is told to join Sheffield United by Dean Henderson
According to a Sky Sports report on Thursday, August 1, Sheffield United, Leeds, Burnley, Anderlecht, Lyon, and Southampton are among the teams interested in loaning out Jesurun Rak-Sakyi.

In the Sky Sports post’s comments area, a Sheffield United supporter inquired, “Can’t Dean Henderson sell the club to him?” The £20 million glover really responded.

In response to that fan on X (formerly known as Twitter), Crystal Palace’s No. 30 simply posted “I have,” adding a lot of gasoline to the fire over the England U20 international’s near future at Selhurst Park.As the 21-year-old stayed behind from the US tour, there were rumors that Rak-Sakyi was not pleased at Crystal Palace following Southampton’s earlier summer bid rejection of £12 million.

Later on, though, it was discovered that the Crystal Palace No. 49 was simply unwell and had rejoined the team.
