Everton have serious interest in signing an Aston Villa target.

AS Roma forward Tammy Abraham is the subject of a potential move from Everton, according to a recent source in Italy. After moving from the Premier League to Serie A three years ago, the former England international has had varying degrees of success. Abraham returned to the team in April following a lengthy injury, and in 318 minutes, he at least managed to record one goal and one assist to end the season on a positive note.

Abraham’s first two seasons at Roma were very different from one another; in the first, he scored a career-high 27 goals in 53 appearances, while in the second, he only managed nine goals. When the striker is at his best, there’s no denying his ability and clinical nature, despite his uneven performance over the years.

Villa has been rumored to be interested in signing their former player, who was a prolific scorer in the 2018–19 season. During his season-long loan, the former Chelsea star scored 26 goals in 40 games, propelling the men in claret and blue back to the Premier League. However, Everton might be the team to move first this summer as Italian reporter Gianluigi Longari claims the Toffees have contacted Roma for information. It’s rumored that Sean Dyche’s team is thinking about bidding for Abraham in order to provide him with a firm path back to England.

Tammy Abraham is available for a very low price.
According to a June Telegraph story, the striker might go for as little as £20 million. Similar to English teams that have lately encountered difficulties with the Premier League’s profit and sustainability criteria (PSR), Roma must sell players in order to raise money as they are having difficulty adhering to Financial Fair Play (FFP).
