Longhorns Daily News: TCU’s Sonny Dykes thinks Power Five, Group of Five will eventually ‘split into two separate divisions’

It’s a momentous time in college football. Not just for the Texas Longhorns, as the program prepares to enter the SEC alongside fellow new arrival and long-time rival Oklahoma. But for the sport at large, as many wonder what might be in store for its future structure.

TCU head coach Sonny Dykes has an opinion on the matter, per TexasFootball.com.

“There is such a big difference right now between the haves and the have nots and I think we’ll eventually split into two separate divisions,” he reportedly said. “Alabama and Louisiana Tech aren’t playing the same sport.”
