Leeds United are set to travel to Home Park to face Plymouth in the FA Cup

Daniel Farke’s Leeds United side are preparing to face fellow Championship side Plymouth Argyle in their FA Cup replay. Adam Randell’s late strike forced a replay between the sides after Jaidon Anthony’s superb solo effort put Leeds ahead in the first half.

Leeds remain undefeated in all competitions since the turn of the year, having won their last three away games. United are in fine form and haven’t conceded a single goal on the road since their 2-1 defeat to Preston on Boxing Day, scoring seven goals away from Elland Road in that time.

However, Farke’s side will have to get past a Plymouth side who are also without a loss in 2024 if they are to advance to the fifth round of the FA Cup in successive seasons. Here is everything you need to know ahead of the match.

When is Plymouth Argyle vs Leeds United?

The FA Cup replay between the Championship sides is due to kick-off at 7.45pm on Tuesday, February 6 at Home Park.

Yes, the tie will be shown live on BBC One and is one of two FA Cup fourth round replays to be televised. It will also be available to stream live on the BBC Iplayer and the BBC Sport Website. Coverage will begin at 7.30pm.

Leeds United team news

There is a strong possibility that Farke could rest a number of his regular starting XI as his side chance promotion in the league. The good news for United is that there are no new injury concerns going into the replay at Home Park.

The Whites are still without Dan James, Karl Darlow, Pascal Struijk and long-term absentee Stuart Dallas. The game comes just too early for James who is likely to return to the squad at the weekend in the home game against Rotherham. Struijk could return at the end of the month, with Farke saying: “It’s a tricky injury because everyone was expecting the healing to be much quicker”, before the victory at Bristol City.
