Coventry City are hoping to reach the fifth round of the FA Cup when they host Sheffield Wednesday at the CBS Arena

Coventry City take on Championship strugglers Sheffield Wednesday in an FA Cup fourth round replay at the CBS Arena on Tuesday night. The two couldn’t be separated at Hillsborough last week after Djeidi Gassama’s late goal cancelled out Victor Torp’s opener, meaning another game – their fourth meeting of the season – is needed to decide who heads into the fifth round.

Maidstone United, the cup’s surprise package this season, await in the next round, and both the Sky Blues and the Owls will be eager to pencil in a meeting with George Elokobi’s side as a place in the quarter-finals looks increasingly possible.

Wednesday lost their last trip to the CBS Arena, just over a month ago, when they were beaten 2-0 on Boxing Day. You have to go all the way back to 1995 to find the last time they picked up an away win against Coventry. The winner that day was scored by Guy Whittingham.

A total of £120,000 in prize money is up for grabs for the winner on Tuesday, as well as a chance to add more cash to the prize pot in the fifth round for a tie almost certain to be selected for television coverage given their opponents’ impressive efforts in the competition so far.

With a spot in the next round on the line, CoventryLive has taken a closer look at how you can follow the action…

How can I watch City v the Owls?

Fans in the UK will be unable to watch the action from the CBS Arena live on TV. The tie is not available to watch on iFollow in the UK or overseas.

Audio commentary of the game is available on iFollow in the UK and overseas, as well as via BBC CWR local radio. Our reporter, Andy Turner, will also be providing all the coverage and reaction here on our live blog.

What time is kick-off?

The evening match on Tuesday, February 6, will kick off at 7.45pm.
